Situated 5 miles west of Selkirk, the 11km of rolling footpaths at Broadmeadows Estate have gained rave reviews from the public, and for good reason. Offering an unforgettable journey through the Yarrow Valley, this footpath provides a fantastic outdoor experience for all.

There are 3 different routes,Green (3.7km), Blue (10.1km), Red (11.7km).

Visitors have been particularly impressed by the stunning views of the Yarrow Valley that this trail offers. The footpath has well-situated benches, made locally by Robertson Timber in St Boswells, making them a perfect spot for a rest to take in the awe-inspiring landscapes.

The spacious and well-maintained Car park at the base of the estate ensures a hassle-free start to your adventure.

Electric vehicle charging is available a short 230m away from the car park at Yarrowford Village hall, Type 2, 7 kWh. (Charges apply)

As part of the diversification of Broadmeadows from a Hill Sheep farm to nature retreat welcoming the public the footpath network was created.

Glendinning Ground Works, Walkerburn, Peeblesshire carried out all of the ground works at Broadmeadows from the roads going up each of the valley's to it's entire footpath network. Glendinning Ground Works to this day remains a family business with the emphasis on quality workmanship. The company has been working in the industry for over 40 years.
